Everything in stock leaves our Osaka warehouse within 48 hours on business days. Domestic Japan delivery is 1–2 days, Asia 3–4 days, and worldwide 5–9 days with tracking on every parcel. Orders over $75 ship free worldwide.
Nothing is charged until the pre-order window closes. After that we confirm the studio's ship date, and you get a tracking link the moment your parcel is scanned — usually a few weeks before the listed delivery estimate.
Yes. Every product page lists the licensor and studio. We don't sell bootleg or "inspired by" goods, and if a licensee asks us to stop, we delist that item and notify everyone who pre-ordered it.
Send us a photo within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement free — no return shipping required for the damaged unit. Hardware and apparel carry 12 months of coverage against manufacturing defects.
Apparel can be returned unworn with tags within 30 days for a full refund or free size exchange. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the studio ship date, for a 100% refund.
